AMD Ryzen specs and price point will soon clash with Intel processors come its release in Q1 of 2017. With its signs of efficiency and so-called AI technology, AMD Zen based processor architecture hopes to convert more Intel users to their brand by 2017.

The goal of dominating the top of the CPU industry has long been the priority of Advanced Micro Devices. With the introduction of their Ryzen processor, such goal may soon be realized. The company boasts of its latest Zen based processor equipped with its eight cores, a total of 16 threads and with a rated 3.4GHz base speed, according to WindowsCentral. Through its powerful specs and speculated consumer friendly price point, AMD is determined to rise to the top this 2017.

Moreover, although not commonly highlighted by most reports online, AMD Ryzen has been found highly interesting by some tech savvy and enthusiasts because of its use of artificial intelligence. The so-called AI factor makes it easier for the Ryzen to learn most common programs and habits of a particular user.

Thus, allowing to optimize the way it handles the computer's loading and operation. This so-called latest CPU technology incorporated on Ryzen is known to the company as "SenseMI" technology, which the AMD calls as machine intelligence capable of branch prediction, according to Forbes.

In view of the said specs, AMD hopes not just to outclass Intel but most especially to outsell the company. With the speculated price point of $500 to $800, AMD aims to boost their sales and increase their influence in the CPU market.

As 2016 comes to its ending, AMD Ryzen hopes to rise above the challenge and meet expectations of its consumers following a great marketing strategy and hype. However, it is too early to rejoice for AMD, Intel has been silent in the past months and rumors of a potential great reprisal might surprise competition and consumers alike.
