The latest details and spoilers for "Justice League" movie will feature a new trailer release date, Arkham Asylum and Lex Luthor/Steppenwolf team-up.
Several rumors are making rounds regarding the release of the second "Justice League" movie as previos reports speculated that the trailer could launch within the month of January. However, TheWrap reporter Umberto Gonzales tweeted that the next "Justice League" trailer will drop on the Spring and teased that Warner Bros. will have more promotions on the film with Comic Con being one of them.
If Gonzales' tweet has any indication of being true, then comic book fans will expect "Justice League" to have a significant presence at this year's San Diego Comic-Con over the summer, which would afford Warner Bros an opportunity to follow-up with yet another trailer or further news about the film, Screenrant reported.
While the premise of the "Justice League" is still largely unknown save for the main characters and broad “heroes versus invaders” setup. It is hinted that the second trailer will feature Bruce Wayne/Batman (Ben Affleck), Diana Prince/Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot), Barry Allen/The Flash (Ezar Miller), Arthur Curry/Aquaman (Jason Momoa), Victor Stone/Cyborg (Ray Fisher) and a resurrected Kal-El/Superman (Henry Cavill).
Superman in the "Justice League" movie might sport a long hair, beard and the iconic black suit. There is also a chance that the film's main villains Steppenwolf (Ciaran Hinds) could make his live-action debut in the trailer.
In other news, the "Justice League" movie will feature another setting which is very familiar to the Batman mythos as Arkham Asylum will make its presents known within the film.
It is revealed in "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" that Lex Luthor (Jesse Eisenberg) will be taken to the Asylum as per Batman's request.
Both the "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" Ultimate Edition and the "Justice League" movie IMDB page revealed "Arkham Guard," "Arkham Guard 2," and "Lex Luthor's Guard," in the film.
It is speculated that Arkham Asylum could set up a meeting between Lex Luthor and Slade Wilson/Deathstroke (Joe Manganiello), who is rumored to have been hired by Luthor to take out Batman in his flying mobile base, ComicBook reported.
Luthor is said to be more manipulative and calmer in "Justice League" film and he has struck a deal with Steppenwolf to invade earth in exchange for technology and knowledge from the universe.
"Justice League" movie is scheduled on Nov. 17, 2017.
