SugarCRM Acquired Stitch For Mobile CRM Assistance

SugarCRM procured programmers and softwares from Stitch, the developer of an app for iPhone and is the personal assistant for sales, to be able to boost its customer rapport management offering.  The future releases of the SugarCRM system will be developed with the Stitch capacity. Following the deal however, the Stitch app is not available anymore, according to PC World.

"Incorporating Stitch will make Sugar an even smarter, better-informed customer relationship management system, and put information at mobile users' fingertips no matter where they are," said Larry Augustin, CEO of SugarCRM.

Stitch's IP will assist to make SugarCRM smarted by actually mimicking the roles of a real life assistant. Stitch found out how people would interact and will try to send out relevant suggestions through a mobile app which focus is to improving customer experiences, Top Tech News reports.

The Co-founder and Head of Product at Stitch, Jason McDowall, discloses that the company is applying intelligence relevant products/services at the crossroads of CRM, e-mail and calendar data to make everyone more productive.

Fusing forces with SugarCRM will aide to shaping the future of customer relationship management, according to McDowall.

It was a huge promise but it better things up with the CRM market when the next generation of SugarCRM was sent out.

Brad Shimmin, a principal Current Analyst, brings his mind on the agreement. He disclosed that SugarCRM has made a strategic acquisition

"Beyond SugarCRM itself, this deal is representative of what we are seeing across a number of different domains -- there is power in analytics and how they can add value to a solution," Shimmin said.
