It looks like "Aquaman" fans will be in for a treat this time around as an independent game maker is making a game in honor of the Atlantean king. A poster for the said game was even spotted at an event and is currently making rounds online making fans of the sea king pretty much elated.
A promotional photo of the said game has been spotted at Eipix Entertainment's event dubbed as EipixCon in December 2016. An attendee named Miso Zivanov took a snapshot of the said image and took to Instagram to share it.
As per the Instagram post, it showcases the hero holding onto his five-pronged trident alongside a huge shark. Its backdrop also featured a submerged city that is believed to be the city of Atlantis not to mention "Aquaman's" insignia which is placed on the blackened portion of the image.
The game will be based on "Batman v Superman's" version of "Aquaman" that was portrayed by Jason Momoa. Moreover, the character depicted on the said poster is pretty much based on the actor's facial features and physique, WWG reported.
The yet to be confirmed title is betted to be a mobile game since its game maker - Eipix is known for such titles like "Nom Nom," "Hoppy Land," and their famed hidden object game franchise, "Dark Parables," according to Cosmic Book News. Some of Eipix's early projects include "Pyroblazer" the was released in November 2008 and "Ziro" which is a puzzle-adventure game.
Meanwhile, Momoa will be reprising his role as "Aquaman" in DC Extended Universe's "Justice League" that will be released on Nov. 17, and the hero's standalone film that is slated to be out on Oct. 5, 2018. Watch the trailer for the upcoming "Justice League" film featuring Momoa as Aquaman here:
