LG G6, which is LG's flagship phone for 2017 , has an unibody design and a screen size of 5.7 inches.

LG is going to release its upcoming G6 smartphone in March. LG G6 specs include an unibody design, a screen of 5.7 inches and Ultra HD.

The Korean-based company is planning to release its flagship device G6 in their home country first. The international release of the device in other countries will follow shortly after its debut in South Korea.

One of the main reasons why LG is pushing for a March release is because their rival Samsung is planning to release their flagship device Samsung Galaxy S8 in April. LG hopes to capture the market with an earlier release of G6, which is packed with some top notch specs.

LG G6 specs include an amazing aspect ration of 18:9 with a resolution of 2880x1440 pixels. It will also have crystal clear clarity with its Ultra HD capabilities, according to GSM Arena.

On the other hand, the display size of LG G6 is also quite big at 5.7 inches. LG decided on this size after listening to the customers demands for a bigger smartphone. The Korean company has designed the upcoming smartphone in such a way that the screen size is enlarged to 5.7 inches without any increase in the dimensions of the previous flagship device LG G5, according to Forbes.

The company did not have a golden run with their previous smartphone LG G5 and hence, they are hoping to turn the tide with the upcoming LG G6. The company has also been in the red for the last six years and so, they are desperately hoping for LG G6 to have a successful run in the market.

Meanwhile, there are also rumors that LG G6 will have a significant reduction in bezels and will resemble the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S8 to quite an extent. It is also expected that Apple will also release their flagship iPhone 8 bereft of any bezels in the coming months. With iPhone 8, Samsung Galaxy S8 and LG G6, the battle for the best flagship smartphone of 2017 is going to be tough.
