In his first season playing for the Los Angeles Lakers,Jeremy Lin is said to be having tough times on the court, which gave birth to speculations that he is leaving the team at the end of the season.

In a recent report by the Los Angeles Times, however, Lin had not said anything about quitting just yet, saying he is not too keen to speak about free agency.

"I'm not going to answer any of those free agency questions until after the season," he stated. "I'll discuss that later."

Lin started this season as a starting point guard for the Lakers, but was replaced by Ronnie Price. And when coach Byron Scott did another shift, he did not choose Lin, and placed Jordan Clarkson instead.

According to some reports, Lin is going to leave the NBA team soon because Clarkson is doing brilliantly on the court. When ask if he is jealous with his teammate, Lin denied and said he is very supportive of Clarkson.

According to Realty Today, Scott criticized Lin for not doing very well earlier in the season, but was impressed on his performance over the past several weeks.

"I think the last five, six games, Jeremy's played extremely well at both ends of the floor," Scott said. "He's not thinking so much out there. That's the biggest thing that we talked about months ago, quit thinking so much and just play and react to the situation."

People are asking if this is enough for Lakers to keep him or if Lin is thinking of moving elsewhere to get a much better role.
