You can Lose Weight drinking wine!

The new research unleashed that drinking wine can actually help drop a few pounds. The suggested formula for weight loss is a maximum of two glasses and drinking it in the evening. Many scientists and researchers are finding further connections of wine to weight loss.

The Washington State University conducted the study and searching the answers for the logic that wine contains resveratrol which is a type of polyphenol that turns "white fat" into "beige fat" making it smoother to burn off. The research shows the fruits which are rich in resveratrol which helps providing new strategies for the prevention and treatment of obesity.

Researchers used mice to study the effects of resveratrol. The mice were fed on a high-fat diet. Then, the amounts of resveratrol which is equivalent to 12 ounces of fruit per day gained 40 percent less weight. Scientists define resveratrol is a type of antioxidant.

Professor Min Du revealed that the polyphenols in fruit and resveratrol increase gene expression that enhances the oxidation of dietary fats so the body won't be overloaded. The body converted white fats into beige fats that burn lipids off and helping the body in balance and preventing metabolic dysfunction.

"The current theory is that when we eat excessively, the extra lipids are stored in white fat. With obesity, the fat cells enlarge to a point where they're saturated and can't uptake more lipids," Professor Du said.

Last May 2015, many women claimed the anecdotal accounts about their weight loss formula. They revealed it their "nighttime tipple." The statements unleashed that the half a bottle of wine every night had reduced 70 percent risk of obesity and these were published online on the Daily Mail.

The United States National Institute for Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism concluded that when alcohol-substituted for carbohydrates results to lose weight because alcohol derives less energy than food. It was discovered that a glass of red wine every night increased the levels of the good cholesterol High-Density Lipoprotein (HDL). Polyphenols like resveratrol are good as they enhance the oxidation of fat.
