Iggy Azalea Reschedules 'The Great Escape Tour' For October; Nick Jonas Confirms Exit From Tour

Iggy Azalea is an Australian rapper, songwriter and model.

Iggy Azalea has been left with no option but to reschedule her long-awaited "The Great Escape Tour" due to numerous production delays. Azalea is not happy with the development but has decided to postpone the tour as the whole show is not yet ready as per her wishes.

On the other hand, singer Nick Jonas has also confirmed that he wouldn't be able to be a part of this tour, as he is not free for the rescheduled dates.

Minneapolis' Target Center was the designated stop for the April schedule of the tour and they released a press release, which stated that, "to accommodate for creative team availability and tour production plans, it was determined that the tour will not be ready this spring. It is extremely important to Iggy that she delivers the show she envisaged to share with her fans and that requires more time in development," as reported by Kare.

Fans who had purchased the tickets needn't worry as they are legally valid for the new dates but in case the fans don't want to attend the show due to prior commitments then they are eligible for a refund, at the point of purchase.

The opening acts of the show were supposed to be Tinashe and Nick Jonas, and since Jonas is unavailable for the re-scheduled dates so the production team is scouting for new opening acts as well.

According to reports by JustJared, Jonas is planning to launch his own tour for the fans, though complete details for the same are still awaited.
