Xiaomi's new device Mi Mix Evo has been spotted on GeekBench. It is said to come with Snapdragon 835 SoC and 4 GB of RAM. The concept phone is expected to get unveiled at MWC (Mobile World Congress) 2017.
In single-core test on GeekBench, the Xiaomi Mi Mix Evo has received 1918 points and in multi-core test, it received 5689 points. According to the listing on benchmarking site, the device is said to come with a 4 GB of RAM. The current Mi Mix comes in two variants of RAM such as a 4 GB and a 6 GB. Hence, it is likely that Mi Mix Evo will also come in 6 GB RAM variant.
The Mi Mix Evo is expected to come powered with Qualcomm's advanced Snapdragon 835 chipset as Qualcomm MS8998 is mentioned on the benchmarking site, NDTV reported. It will be running on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS. Currently, no information about its display, storage and camera been revealed. The device is expected to get announced during MWC (Mobile World Congress) 2017, Giz China reported.
Xiaomi released Mi Mix flagship smartphone that surprised the tech world with its bezel-less concept. The device was released in November 2016 and it was showcased at the CES (Consumer Electronics Show) 2017.
Xiaomi Mi Mix Specifications and Features
Xiaomi Mi Mix sports a 6.4-inch display with a full HD resolution of 1,080 x 2,040 pixels. The device is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 chipset that includes a 2.35 GHz quad-core along with Adreno 530 graphics.
The smartphone comes in two models. The first model is packed with a 4 GB of RAM and a 128 GB internal storage, while the second variant comes with a 6 GB of RAM and a 256 GB internal storage.
Xiaomi's bezel-less phone is loaded with Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS and is pegged to receive Android Nougat 7.0 soon.. It features a 16-megapixel rear camera with features like phase detection autofocus, dual-LED and a 5-megapixel front facing camera for snapping selfies.
The phone is equipped with a 4,400 mAh capacity battery that carries support for Quick Charge 3.0. Some of its other features include a fingerprint reader, Wi-Fi, GPS, bluetooth and NFC. It is available in two color variants of Black and White.
