Little Mix has unveiled their new video for "Touch." The video which has been posted on YouTube on Jan. 20 reveals the raunchy and sassy side of members Jade Thirwall, Jesy Nelson, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Perrie Edwards as they dance through a colorful maze with sexy male backup dancers who try to get their attention.
The British girl group's new music is the second single from their album "Touch." According to Glamour, the dance track, which is produced by "pop giant" MNEK, is also written by Hanni Ibrahim, Patrick Patrikios, A.S. Govere and Phil Plested.
While the video have pleased Little Mix fans and described the "Touch" music video as the group's sexiest MV to date, Perrie's choice of outfit has stirred the social media with various reactions from fans who try to figure what her outfit was.
According to OK! Magazine, Perrie was described wearing an "unconvential" set of outfit. In the video, she wore a baby pink hoodie with featured holes and rips, which she topped off with a nude PVC corset with the bottom removed to make it look like a dress. Moreover, the 23-year-old singer wore white PVC thigh-high boots.
Although the music video may have given sultry vibes with their girls' dance moves not to mention along good-looking men as backup dancers, Perrie's fashion divided fans who either focus on the "Touch" music video or on her outfit of choice.
OK! Magazine cited a few disapproving comments from Instagram. One follower posted, "Noo perrie, what are you wearing? Your outfits are usually so on point." Another commenter added, "Why not just leave Perrie in a hoodie and boots?? Why f*** it up??"
On the other hand, Little Mix fans defended their idols by focusing the beauty that was their music video "Touch". A fan said, "I think it's all amazing!", and another was curious why was there so much hate on Perrie's outfit.
"Touch" is a single from the Little Mix album "Glory Days" released last November. According to Forbes, the album is at No. 1 on its fifth consecutive week on Jan. 15 with two of its tracks also topping the charts - "Shout To My Ex" has debuted in the first place, while "Touch" has peaked at No. 4.
