“The Miz” is one of the top heels in the WWE, something he has been rendering perfectly. Without any WWE help, some are now comparing him to Tom Brady of the NFL, establishing himself using uncanny traits.

Everyone knows the controversy surrounding Tom Brady in the NFL, the popular “Deflategate” to be precise. For “The Miz” he has done so too in different occasions, particularly his squabbles with WWE SmackDown general manager Daniel Bryan on Talking Smack. To some extent, “The Miz” may seem like he is going overboard and out of script. But in reality, he acts out the way the WWE wants him to be.

Compared to other WWE stars, the story of The Miz (Michael Mizanin in real life) is far different. He rarely gets the assistance and push that other stars like Daniel Bryan, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson” and Roman Reigns have been getting as singled out by Justin Labar at Upgruv.com.

A glaring difference is that “The Miz” has embraced his heel role and continues to work on being the best one the WWE has to offer. Such is one reason why he has been making the main cards and against big WWE names that include John Cena.

“The Miz” lost his title to Dean Ambrose but continues to challenge for it. Both met at the Jan. 24 edition of WWE SmackDown in a hellacious lumberjack match, WWE.com reported. Ambrose retained his title once again seeing that the segment focused more about the bedlam expected at the Royal Rumble 2017 happening on Jan. 29 at the Alamodome in San Antonio.

That said, “The Miz’s” pursuit for the WWE Intercontinental title will have to wait. He will be part of the 30-man battle royal where he is expected to fare well once more. He is not among the favorites to win the rumble but could gain more color by eliminating some key entrants or even staying long in the talent-laden battle royal.

If he falls short, “The Miz” is likely to resume his feud with Ambrose for the IC title. On whether he reclaims the Intercontinental belt soon remains to be seen.

Check out the video below highlighting “The Miz” and what he has accomplished so far.
