ZTE is preparing to release another smartphone soon after one of its handset was recently certified by the Wi-Fi Alliance (WFA). The model, dubbed as ZTE Blade A520, visited earlier the regulatory board FCC in the United States and is said to feature the latest Android 7.0 Nougat update.

The new ZTE smartphone could probably carry the moniker ZTE Blade A520 since the Wi-Fi Alliance has referred to the device in its databases. In the aforementioned U.S. regulatory agency, however, little information on the device's hardware was revealed, although image renders leaked online have shown the phone's outside display.

As per the listing, the WFA database reveals that the upcoming ZTE smartphone features a 5.5-inch HD IPS LCD display with 720X1080 resolution. According to Android Headlines, the smartphone's exterior design may sport a metal case with a single camera module and LED flash on the back panel, while two rear facing speakers are installed. Up front, a thin metal frame may be seen surrounding the flat screen.

Other than the Wi-fi certification, the ZTE Blade A520 smartphone is expected to come with Android 7.0 Nougat out-of-the-box, while its battery information shows a 2,400 mAh battery.

As of press time, ZTE has not released any official statement on the rumored ZTE Blade A520, especially on its specs and pricing.

Aside from the said ZTE Blade A520, another ZTE model was spotted on a Chinese telecommunications regulatory body from China. According to VR-Zone, a new ZTE smartphone bearing the model number, BA602, visits TENAA indicating the phone's upcoming specs and features. Outside, the ZTE smartphone will sport a 5.5-inch HD display with 720 X 1280 HD screen resolution, resulting to 267 pixels per inch pixel density.

The said listing does not reveal enough information on the smartphone's exact mobile chipset, besides that it could be powered by a quad-core chipset clocked at 1.25GHz. In terms of its memory, the smartphone will offer multiple configurations depending on the RAM and internal storage.

The listing revealed that the phone might come in three variants with the cheapest variant offering a 1GB RAM, coupled with 8GB of internal storage onboard. Its mid-range option will bring a 2GB RAM and 16GB of internal storage. In the high-end segment the device will feature a 3GB RAM with 32GB of internal storage.
