Miss Universe Korea 2016 Jenny Kim walks the runway during a Miss Universe 2016 event at Cordillera Convention Hall, Baguio Country Club in Baguio City, Philippines on Jan. 18, 2017.

Along with the popularity of K-Pop culture around the world, many people are jealous of the glow and beauty of Korean women's skin. Recently, Miss Universe Korea 2016 Jenny Kim, 23, shared her beauty secrets.

In an interview with Hello KPop at Lotte Hotel in Seoul, South Korea, Kim said she uses much make-up on stage and for promotions so it is very important for her to properly cleanse her skin. She said cleansing is the most important part of taking care of the skin.

"The heavy make-up makes my skin so dry so it's also important to use moisturizing cream," Kim said. "My skin is quite sensitive so I avoid using toners and that helps keep my skin a little less dry."

Still, Kim is one of those beautiful women who believe that beauty is only skin deep and true beauty comes from the inside with beautiful feelings and emotions. For Miss Universe Korea 2016, physical beauty can be achieved with clothes and cosmetics but "inner beauty is difficult to change."

If Wurtzbach crowns Kim as her successor at the Mall of Asia Arena, Pasay, Metro Manila, Philippines, on Jan. 30, Monday, the latter will become the first Miss Korea to win Miss Universe. The highest placement of Miss Korea was in 1988 when Jang Yoon-jeong was first runner-up. In 2007, Honey Lee finished third runner-up.

Steve Harvey is returning as the host of the coronation night with "America's Next Top Model" judge Ashley Graham as the backstage host. The former arrived in Manila on Jan. 28, Saturday, ABS-CBN News reported.

On Jan. 18, Wurtzbach participated in a dinner program in Baguio City, Philippines, which was hosted by Miss Universe 2011 third runner-up Shamcey Supsup. Distinguished people of the city welcomed them along with Miss Universe Organization president Paula Shugart, Filipino tycoon Chavit Singson, a major sponsor, and some Miss Universe 2016 candidates including Kim.
