"Dance Moms" Season 8 may still return to Lifetime despite the network's recent decision to have the reality TV show cancelled.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, ALDC coach Abby Lee Miller opened up about her ongoing fraud case and said that she feels she needs to have a short vacation.

The 50-year-old reality TV star was asked how she is amid the fraud case and after reports swirled that she could face up to two and a half years in prison. Miller said that she is doing well, and she's trying to stay positive and happy.

Miller also acknowledged the fact that she did some mistakes in the past that she is willing to correct. She's also cooperating with the officials and has pled to all of the cases filed against her.

Meanwhile, Miller's sentencing hearing will take place on Feb. 24. If found guilty, she could face up to 10 years in prison for all of the cases filed against her. Miller was charged with 20 counts of bankruptcy fraud, concealing assets, and one criminal count involving international monetary information.

Talking about Miller's case, judge Terrence McVerry said that the reality TV star may also be fined up to $500,000.

"I do not know. I do not want to make light of it. I do not want to make fun of it. It is very serious. But, there is a lot of strange, unanswered questions. So, eventually I think everything will come out and it will be all good," Miller said.

Miller is very sensitive when it comes to her fraud case. In fact, the reality TV star would typically become emotional and would break down into tears whenever the moms in "Dance Moms" mentions her case.

Most recently, Elliana Walmsley's mom mentioned Miller's case while throwing shade at her. Miller walked out of the competition and decided to give Yolanda cold treatment.

In other news, "Dance Moms" Season 8 may still be renewed by Lifetime and former cast member Chloe Lukasiak may return to the show for more episodes.

"Dance Moms" Season 7 airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. EST on Lifetime.
