"Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy's" protagonist Crash dances crazily after revealing the video game's release date.

"Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy" will be released for PlayStation 4 on June 30. Several game developer team members gave details of the upcoming video game.

Activision recently announced on the official blog of PlayStation the official release date of their upcoming video game. The whole collection will be available for only $39.99 only and it will include all of the remastered versions of "Crash Bandicoot," and the rest of the other two sequels. It will have new save and checkpoint systems, a remastered soundtrack, and improved bonus levels and time trials.

Video game producer Kara Massie revealed that the development team agreed on that particular release date because they were being confident in that schedule. This allows them to deliver on the quality of video games that they want. They also want to ensure that everything is aligned to deliver it smoothly on launch.

Art Lead Dustin King revealed that the change from the original games in the environment art was the addition of real-time lighting in a Physical Based Rendering engine. They also added an increase in texture size, which can sometimes make their environments look different that the original versions. They are striving to recreate each level so it would look and feel like the original, but they also want to make sure that the environments are fun, colorful, and read well in the fast-paced action.

King explained that the "Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy" version of Crash is wearing surfer shorts. They felt that his clothing reads much closer to the shapes, colors, and forms in the original games. It is also in line with the original concept art that they started from that was provided to them by Sony.

Audio Lead Justin Joyner explained the reason why they remade the soundtrack compositions instead of just reusing the original ones. They wanted to match the high-definition visuals and the updated look of the game. With their expanded resources, they were able to improve sound quality, while still faithful to the original compositions.

A fan expressed his excitement of "Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy's" launch on Reddit's official website. Another fan revealed that this collection was the only reason that he is considering to get a PS4.
