ZE:A's Park Hyung-Sik, Park Bo-Young and Ji Soo star in the JTBC drama 'Strong Woman Do Bong Soon.'

After a supporting role in KBS 2TV's "Hwarang: The Poet Warrior Youth," Kpop group ZE:A member Park Hyung-Sik will be seen in a central role opposite Park Bo-Young in JTBC's "Strong Woman Do Bong Soon." In the show, he plays An Min-Hyuk, the CEO of a gaming company.

On Feb. 22, Wednesday, "Strong Woman Do Bong Soon" held a press conference at the Imperial Palace Hotel in Seoul, South Korea. There, the ZE:A member delightedly shared his thoughts about his upcoming drama, saying he is both thrilled and nervous about playing a leading role.

"Since Park Bo-Young worked with such talented senior actors in her previous works, I was worried if I could be as good of a partner for her," Soompi quoted Hyung-Sik as saying before a predominantly Korean crowd. "However, I've fully immersed myself into making [my role] Min Hyuk into my own, and act with the responsibility that I have to make him into a character that doesn't lose to anyone else."

While he was initially intimidated by his "Strong Woman Do Bong Soon" co-star, Hyung-Sik said Bo-Young is much lovelier in person. He admitted that he always wanted to work with the latter after watching her 2012 fantasy romance film "A Werewolf Boy."

Even though it is the first time Hyung-Sik and Bo-Young worked on a drama together, their on-screen chemistry is undeniable. Further, director Lee Hyeong-Min, who is also the director behind the hit 2016 series "Ms. Temper & Nam Jung-Gi," promises the upcoming JTBC drama will bring laughter to Korean audiences.

As if an entertaining plot is not enough to draw viewers in, the stars of the 16-episode drama also made bold ratings. Should the show surpasses the three percent viewership rating mark, each main actor will escort five viewers on their way home, according to Korean Bae.

Also starring Ji Soo, An Woo-Yeon and Seol In-A, "Strong Woman Do Bong-Soon" premieres on Feb. 24 at 8:30 PM (KST). Check it out below:
