"Wings" held the highest chart ranking among the four albums at number 26 during its peak. Meanwhile, "The Most Beautiful Moment In Life, Pt. 2" and "The Most Beautiful Moment In Life: Young Forever" reached the 171st and 107th spots on the Billboard 200, respectively.

Aside from the said songs, the repackaged album also included four new tunes with "Spring Day" as the album's main track, as well as "Outro: Wings," "A Supplementary Story: You'll Never Walk Alone" and "Not Today."
