Sandra 'Pepa' Denton of Salt-N-Pepa, Seth Rogen, Zac Efron, Cheryl 'Salt' James of Salt-N-Pepa present actor Ryan Reynolds the Best Comedic Performance Award for 'Deadpool' onstage during the 2016 MTV Movie Awards.

Those who are waiting for "Deadpool 2" to hit the big screen will still have to wait for one year. But on March 4, Saturday, an explicit teaser of the sequel was uploaded on YouTube and has now been viewed more than 9 million times.

The "Deadpool 2" teaser is 3 minutes and 41 seconds long. It shows Wade Wilson (Ryan Reynolds) walking down an alley and later on seeing a mugger attacking an elderly man.

The superhero then goes into a phone booth and channels Superman as the 1978 film "Superman" music by John Williams plays. Unlike Superman, Reynolds' character is not wearing his Deadpool costume under his clothes so spends the next minute struggling to wear the costume inside the phone booth.

Viewers are treated to the view of Reynolds half naked with his bare butt cheeks pressed against the glass. Half way, he stops to call his costume assistant and leaves a message.

Marvel creator Stan Lee makes a cameo in the "Deadpool 2" teaser. He tells the titular character, "Nice suit!"

"Zip it, Stan Lee," Deadpool replies. He runs over to the mugging victim and discovers that the old man is already dead.

Deadpool apologizes to the dead body and explains what took him so long. He also admits that he "probably should have called 911."

Also seen in the "Deadpool 2" teaser are posters of "Firefly," the TV series created by "The Avengers" director Joss Whedon that only lasted for one season. Painted on the phone booth are the words "Nathan Summers," which makes many fans think that "Firefly" star Nathan Fillion will play Marvel character Cable in the sequel although a source told The Wrap that the son of Cyclops will be played by "Stranger Things" actor David Harbour.

Meanwhile, Fox Broadcasting President of Entertainment David Madden told Rotten Tomatoes at the TCA 2017 that he is open to a "Firefly" reboot. He said he is only interested if Whedon wants to do it.

Set to hit theaters on March 2, 2018, "Deadpool 2" will be directed by David Leitch. Watch the hilarious teaser of the upcoming sequel here:
