"Rap God" rapper Marshall Bruce Mathers III, who is professionally known as Eminem, and "Descendants of the Sun" actor David Lee McInnis are two of the male celebrities who are now in their 40s and still have many young fans. The former is one year and two months older than the latter.
Eminem was born in St. Joseph, Missouri, on Oct. 17, 1972. McInnis was born in Green Bay, Wisconsin, on Dec. 12, 1973.
Both Eminem and McInnis are an only child although the former has two half-brothers and one half-sister. Eminem is of German, Swiss and Scottish descent while McInnis is of German, Irish and Korean descent.
The "Rap God" rapper is not the only celebrity who was born on Oct. 17, 1972. Sharon Leal, who plays Miss Martian in "Supergirl," was born in Tucson, Arizona, on the same day.
Like Eminem and Leal, McInnis and "Coronation Street" alum Katy Cavanagh, "Major Dad" alum Rod Brogan, "Key and Peele" alum Matt Wheeler and "Cardinal X" actor David Ballog were also born on the same day. Exactly two years younger than McInnis, Cavanagh, Brogan, Wheeler and Ballog is "The Big Bang Theory" star Mayim Bialik, who was born on Dec. 12, 1975.
Currently, fans of Eminem are eagerly waiting for the release of his ninth studio album. The rapper is currently working on the album with Kon Artis, Stat Quo recently told Hip Hop DX.
On the other hand, fans of McInnis may not see him reprise his role in "Descendants of the Sun" Season 2 but they can see him in "Unspoken: Diary of an Assassin." Written and directed by Ron Yuan, the action film stars McInnis, "The Hateful Eight" actress Zoe Bell, "Chicago Med" actor Brian Tee and "Hawaii Five-0" actors Will Yun Lee and Ian Anthony Dale, who is set to star in the upcoming CBS drama series "Salvation," Deadline reported.
