‘This Is Us’ finale spoilers: Rebecca, Miguel killed Jack? Ask Mandy Moore

"This Is Us" Season 1 finale will air on March 14, Tuesday, on NBC, with episode 18 titled "Moonshadow." The episode will focus heavily on Jack Pearson (Milo Ventimiglia) and Rebecca Pearson (Mandy Moore).

Viewers are eager to know how Jack dies. They will see him in "Moonshadow" in the 1970s when he and chad not met yet.

In an interview with E! News, Moore responded to the fan theory on the death of Jack Pearson (Milo Ventimiglia). Some viewers speculate that Rebecca and Miguel (Jon Huertas) want to be together in the present so they colluded to kill Jack.

"No way," Moore said after hearing the fan theory. "People are bananas. That is crazy."

The death of Jack was described by Moore as a "monumental event for the family." Aside from the death, the first season finale is expected to feature several story arcs and cliffhanger as the show has for two more seasons.

Before the "This Is Us" Season 1 finale aired, series creator Fogelman told Variety that very few details changed from his initial plan for the first season and the second season is going to play out much the same way. They will try to continue doing that without the audience ever becoming frustrated and being able to that will be one of their biggest challenges, he said.

The story of "This Is Us" revolves around Jack and Rebecca. They have three children namely Kate Pearson (Chrissy Metz), Kevin Pearson (Justin Hartley) and Randall Pearson (Sterling K. Brown).

Joining Moore, Ventimiglia, Metz, Hartley and Brown in the main cast of "This Is Us" are Ron Cephas Jones as William H. Hill, also known as Shakespeare, Susan Kelechi Watson as Randall's wife Beth Pearson and Chris Sullivan as Kate's fiancé Toby Damon.

"This Is Us" Season 1 episode 18 titled "Moonshadow" will air on March 14, Tuesday, at 9:00 p.m. on NBC. Here is the trailer:
