This is Hillary Clinton’s favorite meme, and it’s probably yours too

Hillary Clinton is the wife of United States' 42nd president Bill Clinton while Barack Obama is the 44th U.S. president.

2017 has been very generous so far in terms of memes. So far, we already have Salt Bae, Cash Me Ousside and the Blinking Guy, to name a few. Former US presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton already has a favorite, and it's neither of these. Instead, she went for one that pokes fun at the GOP.

At the Women in the World Summit in New York on April 4, she revealed that her favorite meme is one where a bunch of dogs are sitting around a table as if in a meeting. Various quotes have been attached to the meme, but the most popular ones that where the pooches are about to discuss feline health care.

According to Mashable, the meme was created by Twitter user Justin Shanes.

Clinton relates the meme to a real-life photo of men discussing women healthcare. "There is that classic picture of all of them-men-sitting around deciding how they were going to defund Planned Parenthood and maternity care, and access to insurance for family planning and contraception," Marie Claire quoted Clinton as saying during the summit.

Clinton said the photo of the caucus looked like a skit from "Saturday Night Live" and that it "can't possibly be true."

US President Donald Trump is aggressively making changes in America's health care system, and that no woman has been invited to join the top-level discussions on the matter. Moreover, the current changes in the healthcare system greatly affect women.

The original version of the health care plan revealed by House Speaker Paul Ryan introduced an amended version of the Affordable Care Act that stripped away some vital aspects of women's healthcare coverage.

Fortune reported that Trump's healthcare plan seeks to defund Planned Parenthood, restrict access to abortion by limiting tax credits usage and revoke essential healthcare benefits granted by Obamacare such as maternity care and birth control services..

The fact that women are not involved in key healthcare meetings has drawn criticism unto the Trump administration. Not consulting women on healthcare policy decisions leaves women with far fewer options on healthcare.
