Former New England Patriots football player Aaron Hernandez (R) confers with his attorney Charles Rankin during his murder trial in Fall River, Massachusetts March 13, 2015.

Former Super Bowl star Aaron Hernandez is an alleged murder suspect and Shayanna Jenkins, his fiancée could go against him or decide to remain silent, which the latter option could bring her to prison.

In the trial of Hernandez, everyone's eyes and ears are on Jenkins' statements because she could turn the story by revealing truth.

The murder case started in the morning hours of June 17, 2013, when Hernandez was believed to kill his friend Odin Lloyd at the industrial park near the couple's home in North Attleboro, Massachusetts .

Jerkins, 25,  a mother of a toddler was coined to be a "Boss Lady", because of the used contact name in the phone of Hernandez, as reported by Yahoo Sports.

According to media reports, the couple is not officially engaged yet when the crime happened. During every trial, as reported by CNN, Jerkins would hug the family of Hernandez and before and after her statements, should make sure to mouth, "I love you" to Hernandez.

The battle heats up because of the fact that on the prosecution side, there sits Shaneah, sister of Shayanna and the girlfriend of Lloyd.

The prosecution was firm that Jerkins could solidify the evidences that the Glock 21 Generation 3, .45-caliber automatic pistol were the weapons used in the crime.

There has been a video that was presented by the jury showing Jerkins carrying a black backpack after the Lloyd's death. She defended that the bag only contains child's toys and she dumped it somewhere that she could no longer recall the location.

Since then, all the statements revealed by Jerkins are always in favor for his boyfriend. However, the trial is still on and the prosecution is still hopeful that the case would be resolved with justice.

Since Jerkins has her own legal issue of lying repeatedly about having guns in their house, the prosecution still insists that she might go against her boyfriend on the next statements that she would blast.
