Blockbuster movie series "The Hunger Games" will bid its farewell as the second installment of "The Mockingjay" will hit the silver screen this November, but the "Big Trio" consisted of Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson and Liam Hemsworth all agreed to reunite every two years.
In a recent interview with Vanity Fair, Hutcherson expressed how he will miss the bond shared with his co-"Hunger Games" casts Lawrence and Hemsworth and agreed to go on a holiday vacation with them every two years. The friendship among actors includes a four to eight day group vacation. The closeness of the friends are evident on the set of "Hunger Games" as they are often seen playing jokes on each other.
Hutcherson also expressed his value regarding the bond he made with his co-stars and said: "It's been the most incredible experience making these movies. I've made friends that I'm going to have forever. Nothing is as bonding or as close an experience as filming a movie with someone. I'm going to miss that closeness for sure."
MTV News reported that this perfect agreement of friends was inspired by how the friends are often seen traveling in packs during the set of "Mockingjay"
There are no specific plans yet regarding where and what their first holiday reunion vacation may be, but it is surely something that their fans would love to get an update on.
The final installment of the "Hunger Games" saga, "The Hunger: The Mockingjay Part 2," will hit the theaters on Nov. 20.
