Sir Elton John has either warmed up towards Italian designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana or has geared up his feud with the designers with his recent stunt. In a recent declaration, Sir John has mockingly expressed his love for the brand Dolce & Gabbana.

Sir John was speaking  at his concert at the Colosseum when he called some legendary names who had changed the world like Nelson Mandela. John also included the designer duo's name as well in the list of legendary people, which was received by a laughter from the audience.

The 67-year-old's statement may be a joke at the designer duo or it could be a sign of reconciliation, TMZ reported. A war has erupted between Sir John and the designer duo recently after a remark made on babies born through surrogacy by designer Dolce.

"You are born and you have a father and mother," said Dolce, Daily Mail reported. "At least it should be like that. That's why I'm not convinced by what I call chemical children, synthetic babies."

Sir John, who is married to David Furnish and has two sons, got offended by the statement giv b the popular designer. Sir John's sons are born with the help of a surrogate and artificial insemination.

"How dare you refer to my beautiful children as "synthetic," asked the singer angrily. The feud soon took to social media and the internet became abuzz with the debate around surrogacy and IVF technology.

While Sir John's sudden change of feelings is a bit incomprehensible, the audience present at the show considered the designers' praises as jokes. Sir John also added that everyone in his band is wearing Dolce & Gabbana and that he loves the brand's clothes, which was again greeted with laughter from the audience.
