The HBO series "Game of Thrones" is all set to premiere before which the channel has announced their standalone subscription model.

People who subscribe to Cablevision broadband plans will also be able to subscribe to HBO Now for $15 per month and watch the series on their Apple devices or their PC.

Users can easily watch their favorite television show on their Mac, iPhone or iPad. The HBO Now app is available for download on the App Store. They have to download it and subscribe using their Apple login credentials to create their own profile.

Once they pay the subscription price, viewers will get instant access to the channel on all their Apple devices and can also stream the show through the official website, according to a report by Gamespot. Apart from Cablevision, possible brands who are expected to join the list soon are Comcast, AT&T, Verizon among a few others.

The new package allows users to save a lot of money because they don't have to commit for the whole price of a subscription to watch just one show. Instead, they can pay $15 per month and choose to discontinue if not required.

There are also plans to introduce HBO Now to Xbox One and PS4 consoles but it will not happen for another three months, due to exclusivity deals.

Meanwhile, Apple has signed an exclusive deal with digital distributors and the channel will not be available on Roku, Chromecast or other devices during this exclusivity period, CNET confirmed. The period lasts for three months but when the deal ends, "Game of Thrones" season 5 would have come to an end and people who like to watch it on other platforms may have to wait another year.
