"Mirrors" singer and Memphis Grizzlies fan Justin Timberlake, 34, took to Instagram to share a photo of her newly born son Silas for the first time. Also in the photo is his wife Jessica Biel, 33.
"The Timberlakes are ready!!! GO GRIZZ!" Timberlake captioned the photo of his wife carrying Silas with the hashtags #GritNGrind, #Playoffs and #BabyGrizzROAR. While the baby is wearing a Memphis Grizzlies basketball jersey, his mother is in a baseball cap and a black top.
It was also the first photo of Biel shared publicly since she gave birth on April 11. At the time, representatives for the couple told People that Timberlake was "ecstatic" while his wife and son are doing well.
Timberlake and Biel started dating in January 2007 and got engaged in December 2011. They got married on Oct. 19, 2012 in Fasano, Italy at a resort called Borgo Egnazia.
Meanwhile, the Memphis Grizzlies managed to triumph over the Portland Trail Blazers on April 19, Sunday, in the Western Conference first-round series' Game 1 scoring 100-86 even without the injured players Tony Allen and Mike Conley.
During the game, Beno Udrih scored 20 points, which is the best playoff game of his NBA career. Coming off the bench late in the first quarter, Udrih scored his first six shots. Conley, on the other hand, sat during the entire fourth quarter due to a sprained right foot.
"Beno gets the game ball with Mike being out. (It) helps him get his confidence up and playing," the Memphis Grizzlies forward Zach Randolph told Sports Illustrated referring to Udrih and and Conley.
