An 11-year-old California boy has earned three associate degrees one year after his high school graduation. The child genius completed college degrees in science, math, and language studies.

Tanishq Abraham, a Sacramento native, earned the degrees at American River College (ARC) on Wednesday, according to NBC Bay Area.  Abraham used his Twitter account to tweet that he was "Vry (very) HAPPY" about earning three college degres in four years.

Abraham's mother delayed her PhD studies so she could guide Tanishq, a homeschool student. She told NBC Bay Area that as early as kindergarten her son was a couple years ahead of his classmates.

Abraham joined Mensa International at four years old. Mensa members have scored in the top two percent on its IQ test.

The child prodigy started taking classes at ARC at 7 years old, allowing Abraham to complete his three college degrees one year after his high school graduation. He received a perfect 4.0 Grade Point Average (GPA) in high school, according to USA Today.

Steve Sterling was Abraham's geology teacher last year. He said that his student recalled complex concepts better than any other student during Sterling's teaching career.

Early graduation can be difficult for a child genius like Abraham. For example, his parents twice weekly completed a 3-hour round-trip commute to San Francisco so he could participate in a chorus club.

However, Abraham is certainly an average American child. He enjoys competing against his sister in video games.

Abraham hopes to attend the medical school of University of California-Davis. Careers he would like to pursue include doctor, medical researcher, and United States president.

Abraham's summer plans include a Calculus II course.
