Kobe Bryant To Appear In ‘Extreme Weight Loss’ Season 5 With Steve Nash, Ne-Yo, ‘Celebrity Apprentice’ Alum Holly Robinson Peete

Los Angeles Lakers' Kobe Bryant will appear in "Extreme Weight Loss" season 5, which will premiere on May 26, Tuesday. Bryant's fellow guest stars include Ne-Yo, retired basketball star Steve Nash, as well as "The Celebrity Apprentice" alum Holly Robinson Peete.

Aside from Bryant and Nash, NBA stars Chris Bosh, Byron Scott, James Worthy will also appear in "Extreme Weight Loss" season 5 along with other athletes including NFL star LeSean McCoy and swimming champion Amy Van Dyken.

Retired professional soccer player Mia Hamm and Mario Andretti retired world champion racing driver will also appear in "Extreme Weight Loss" season 5 as guest stars. Andretti's son Michael Andretti, also a retired racing driver, appeared in Donald Trump's "The Celebrity Apprentice" season 5.

Peete, who is an actress and an autism advocate, joined "The Celebrity Apprentice" season 3 and finished second after failing to beat glam metal band Poison's vocalist Bret Michaels. Only Ne-Yo is a Grammy Award winner among the "Extreme Weight Loss" season 5 guest stars.

Joining the ABC reality show "Extreme Weight Loss" season 5 are twins Robert and Raymond from Monett, Mo., Panda and John from Grand Rapids, Mich., and Baltimore, Md., respectively, Kim from Honolulu, Hawaii, Rachel from Santa Monica, Calif., Jennifer from Cody, Wyo., Hannah from Austin, Texas, Mitzi from Dallas, Texas, Jackie from Denver, Colo., Josh and Kelli from Omaha, Neb., and Kansas City, Mo., respectively and Pearls from Wichita Falls , Texas.

Robert and Raymond from Monett, Mo., are twins who work the same job, according to The Joplin Globe. In an interview with the publication, Robert said when he first started to watch "Extreme Weight Loss," "it was kind of escape" thinking that he could do the same one day.

On the other hand, Raymond admitted that he did not feel like he needed to lose weight at first but his twin brother convinced him that "it was the smart thing to do" for their health.
