The Donghuamen Kindergarten in Beijing held a fashion show on May 29, 2015, to celebrate Children's Day on June 1, Monday.
In China, Children's Day is a day enacted for the enjoyment of children and their families. During this day, activities like movies, camping trips and performances are held. Small gifts may also be given by the government for the children of civil servants.
Children visiting the Forbidden City on June 1 are able to enter free, while their parents or guardians receive 50-percent off in ticket rate.
