Sony PS4 Exclusive Bloodborne is Launching Next Week

Gamers who purchased the PlayStation 4 version of "Ultra Street Fighter IV" will be pleased to know that Sony has already announced that a patch for the buggy video game will be released in the coming weeks.

A post on PlayStation's official Twitter account states, "Ultra Street Fighter IV update: PS4 patch expected to land next week, we'll keep you posted on details. Thanks for your patience."

Despite the good news, Sony did not provide the official release date for the patch.

"Ultra Street Fighter IV" was released in Japan in April 2014. The Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 version of the game was later released in June 2014.

It was announced during the PlayStation Experience on Dec. 16, 2014 that PlayStation 4 version of "Ultra Street Fighter IV" will be released on May 26, 2016.

Upon the release of the game, millions of passionate fans who purchased it were disappointed by numerous bugs and glitches. Just days after its release on the PlayStation 4, gamers started complaining about the games input delay and sloppy online experience, according to Engadget.

Gamers complain about slow loading time when on the menu of the game. On the game's start screen, players encounter a button that is virtually non-existent on PlayStation 4 controllers. Several complaints also pointed the game's jagged graphical textures.

The technical glitches in the PlayStation 4 version of the game were so severe that organizers of the Evolution Championship series decided to drop the console and instead switched to the Xbox 360 version, according to Kotaku. Evolution Championship event founder Joey Cuellar confirmed the news on his official Twitter account.
