Leak: 'Gears of War' Remaster Version Release For Xbox One In August?

With the Microsoft's E3 conference just hours away, the upcoming "Gears of War" remastered version for Xbox One release will be in August for Xbox One console.

The remastered version will reportedly feature new achievements, gallery sketches, along with a new 90 minutes of content previously exclusive for the original Gears of War for PC version, according to the official Russian Gears of War website.

The "Gears of War 3" gameplay features like marking enemy targets and improved sensitivity settings, have also likely made their way to the new remastered version, which is adapted for Dolby 7.1 Surround.

A total of 19 cards including the downloadable content and exclusive cards from PC version, have been added to the new version, with access to 17 characters from the Gears of War 3 multiplayer game, as listed in the leak first spotted by SiliconEra.

"Gears of War Remastered" will have new game types - Team Fight and King of the Hill.

There is also the alternate control system, selection of players for skills, and a brand new control scheme tournament. This is consisted of all of controls adapted for Xbox One and match setting options, including the choice of parameters of the active charge, renewal, revival and the emergence of an independent arm, as reported by IGN.

The "Gears of War Remastered" for Xbox One release date was hinted on Aug. 25, 2015. However, the company is expected to confirm the date and take the wraps off the game title within a few hours at its E3 press conference.
