With Apple customers waiting for the successor models for the iPhone 6 and the iPhone 6 Plus, recent reports claim that the Cupertino-based company is working on the iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S poised to get unveiled in September and the iPhone 7 release will be earlier than the expected September 2016.

The Apple iPhone 7 release date is speculated as March 2016 and it is expected to roll out alongside the Apple Watch 2, Geek Snack reported, citing sources working with Apple. The iPhone 7 and the Apple Watch 2 will be launched together with new integrated features, but the details have yet to be revealed. The Apple iPhone 7 is also said to sport a slightly unique design.

Unlike the Touch ID that comes embedded in the physical Home button of the iPhone 6 and the iPhone 6 Plus, the iPhone 7 will have the feature incorporated on its display. Hence, the iPhone 7's screen will deliver maximum screen to body ratio.

The iPhone 7 will be featuring a 5.3-inch display with support for Retina resolution. Speculations also reveal that the iPhone 7 will feature the best ever camera of 16 MP. It will be dual camera setup that will be enabled with OIS (optical image stabilization) and it will be able to shoot DSLR quality images.

As far as the iPhone 6S is concerned, KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo has revealed that the iPhone 6S will come with Force Touch display, Makotakara.jp reported. The other iPhone 6S features suggest that it will come with the recently unveiled iOS 9, an LED flash for FaceTime camera, stronger Series 7000 aluminum construction and new Rose Gold color variant.
