Final Fantasy VII Remake

Fans of the "Final Fantasy VII" remake have been looking forward to the very real and very much anticipated reboot of the game. This time, there are many factors that contribute to this.

Game Director Tetsuya Nomura had revealed a few more details on what the new game will bring. First and foremost, Nomura had promised that there will be no new characters in the remake, Gematsu reported. What will be added is a sense of realism to add to the overall visual appeal of the game.

That said, Nomura also promised that there will be changes in the game to give more meaning and depth to it being a remake. Simply put, improved graphics is just one of the more minor changes, as those will not be the focus of the reboot.

"'Final Fantasy Vii' is special, and we can't 'exceed' the game by simply making the graphics nicer," said Nomura as quoted by Gematsu. "Precisely because it's a full remake, I want to challenge what's fun and what's possible now."

As far as the game system details go, Nomura also shared that "Final Fantasy VII" remake will have a more realistic system.

It appears that fans are liking the new details and additions more and more. The newest trailer of "Final Fantasy VII" remake had been viewed by no less than 11 million times in the span of two weeks, DualShockers reported.

This is a collective number of views taken from the channels of PlayStation and the Japanese and North American channels of Square Enix. The announcement trailer was first shown off at E3 2015 for the PlayStation press conference.

What's even more notable about this is that the trailer, seen below, does not showcase a lot about the game. If anything, it is merely an announcement and confirmation that the "Final Fantasy VII" remake is real and coming to the PS4 first.
