A “Friends” reunion movie or series may not be happening anytime soon but the entire cast is expected to show up in the upcoming wedding of Courtney Cox to fiancé Johnny McDaid.

According to ET Canada, the stars of the hit 1990s show "Friends" Matthew Perry, Jennifer Aniston, Matt LeBlanc, Lisa Kudrow, and David Schwimmer could have a mini reunion in Cox's wedding. The 50-year-old actress said that the guest list has not been finalized but it would be nice to see everyone again.

Cox added that she and her fiance had been busy planning her daughter's 11th birthday celebration to think of the wedding. She, however, said that they are both excited to tie the knot soon.

Meanwhile, in an interview with Entertainment Weekly, "Friends" co-creator Marta Kauffman said that a reunion was not going to happen anytime soon. She said that the series was about a specific moment in one's life when he considers his friends as his family. She said that the characters are now in a different point in their lives as every one of them have their own family and different set of priorities.

Kauffman also shared that several fans of the show would always ask her about the probability of a reunion movie or a spinoff TV series. She said that she understand the certain longing that fans feel when their favorite show is over. She, however, added that she would rather have them relive the show from memory with each of the cast in their prime years.
