"The Real Housewives of New York" is allegedly on the brink of being cancelled after receiving disappointing ratings for season 7. It was said that the Bravo executives are having doubts of renewing the series for season 8, not only because of the poor ratings but also because of the constant bickering among the cast members.

According to New York Daily News, the cast members have to convince executive producer Andy Cohen to given the show another shot during the reunion episode. It was said that although there was still no official announcement regarding possible cancellation or renewal, everyone should give it their all.

The source added that none of the season 7 cast members are safer from being fired. The show producers, however, have yet to talk to the reality stars as they were afraid that they will no longer appear on the show once they find out that their days are numbered. It was said that reunion episode should be as dramatic as possible. Any one of the ladies who tries to hold or mask their emotions will be immediately fired.

As previously reported by Reality Tea, the reunion episode for "Real Housewives of New York" season 7 has just finished shooting. It was said that the entire episode took a whole day to shoot with each of the housewives not holding back on all of the drama.

Sonja Morgan reportedly confronted each of the cast members who had a problem with her drinking. She also called them out on their "rude" behavior during a recent trip to Turks and Caicos.
