"Real Housewives of Orange County" star Shannon Beador does not regret her decision to open her marital problems to the viewers of the Bravo series. In the season 10 premiere, the reality star revealed that her husband David Beador cheated on her.
In her most recent Bravo TV Blog, Beador revealed that she has forgiven her husband for the affair. The reality star, however, was quick to add that it took a while before they were able to move pass the issue. She shared that David made a commitment to put her and her family first for the rest of their lives.
Some fans of the Bravo series were confused as to why Beador decided to share even the most intimate details of their marriage in the show. She explained that she did not air her husband's dirty laundry to gain sympathy from the viewers, rather, she said that she wanted fans to understand what she is going through at this time in her life. She also hoped that others who were going through the same experience could learn from their marriage.
Meanwhile, Beador's "RHOC" co-stars have been very supportive of the couple who were trying to make their marriage work. In an interview with "Watch What Happens Live," Heather Dubrow shared that it was very courageous of the couple to share what they were going through to their fans. She added that many people could learn a lot about their own personal lives from Shannon and David. Although she and Beador were not the best of friends, she shared that she admired her courage and dedication to her marriage.
