The mobile manufacturer HTC announced the One M9 in March 2015. However, the One M9 sales are declining now because of its overheating issues due to the Snapdragon 810 chipset. Because of the failure of One M9, HTC is thinking about the early release of One M10 to increase the sales again.
According to several reports, the HTC One M9 is a little bit disappointing. The smartphone has a downgraded battery and a middling camera.
Cher Wang, HTC CEO, said that they will make it a point to surpass the present HTC flagship and make the forthcoming One M10 a hot smartphone commodity.
Rumors suggest that HTC will be utilizing a Snapdragon 820 SoC in the upcoming One smartphone. Qualcomm announced the Snapdragon 820 chipset in MWC in March 2015. Taiwanese-based HTC is also planning to launch a phone that will be called HTC Aero.
The HTC Aero will feature a 1440 x 2560 QHD screen, according to TechRadar. Also, it is expected that the display on the phone will feature 2.5D glass and will be protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 4.
The device will also feature a powerful camera with an f/1.9 aperture, which is appropriate for low-light photography. In addition, the phone will be capable in storing pictures as RAW files.
According to reports, the HTC One M10 will have a 27 MP rear-facing camera and 5 MP front-facing camera. The new spartphone is said to sport a 5-inch display with incorporated 4K resolution.
The One M10 will have a wireless charging function, 4GB RAM and 64/128 GB of internal memory, Android Standard reported.
It is expected that the device will launch in fall of this year or March 2016.
