Motorola Moto X (2015) is rumored to house a front-facing LED flash for its selfie, a feature that is unavailable with any of the flagship smartphones released so far.

On July 28, Motorola will be holding a launch event to unleash the third generation editions of the Moto X and Moto G handsets. Fresh photos of the Moto X (3rd Gen) revealed by Peru Android Facebook page shows that the handset will be featuring a front-facing flash.

The purported device is expected to feature a 5.5-inch display. The handset will be sporting thinner side bezels than the Moto X (2014). Another innovative but a strange feature that may come on the Moto X 2015 is the inclusion of a fingerprint sensor under the bottom speaker grille, The Verge reported.

The leaked photos also indicate that unlike the Moto X (2014) that features a LED ring flash, the successor model will be coming with dual LED flash.

Rumors indicate that Motorola may unveil two smartphones on July 28, the first would be the Moto X and the second would be the Moto X Sport. The latter is going to be rugged version of the original Moto X (Gen 3).

The Moto X Sport is pegged to come with a smaller display of 5.2 inches and will feature lower specifications than the Moto X (2015). Speculations are rife that both the handsets will be supporting Quad HD resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels. Other rumored specs include Snapdragon 810 v2.1 chipset and 3 GB of RAM.

What do you think about the new Moto X (2015)? Will it be able to pit well against popular flagships? Do let us know by posting comments.
