Ryan Reynolds has shared a Deadpool cartoon photo to promote the film.

With Tim Miller's anti-hero film "Deadpool" hitting the big screen in 2016, Ryan Reynolds promoted the film with another Deadpool photo.

Reynolds shared the Deadpool photo from Team Coco on his official Twitter account. In contrary to his other posts, which feature him in his Deadpool costume, Reynolds' new photo shows a cartoonized Deadpool. The anti-hero's cartoon photo also has hair or wig, which is orange in color. Overall, the Deadpool cartoon photo looks amusing, getting more than 1,000 favorites on Twitter.

According to Cinema Blend, the photo Reynold shared on the social media platform is a form of marketing strategy, indicating that Miller's "Deadpool" will not be suitable for the young audience. With an R-Rating, Miller's "Deadpool" is also geared to follow the story's nature in the comics, including brutal scenes and vulgar language.

Among the superheroes in Marvel's Cinematic Universe, Deadpool is one of the most unique, leading him to be the epitome of comic books in internet memes, as per Business Insider.

"Deadpool" features the origin story of Wade Wilson, a former member of the Special Forces who became a mercenary. Wilson became an experiment subject, which gave him fast regenerative abilities, leading him to emerge with a new identity as Deadpool. With his powers, Deadpool aims to find the person who almost killed him.

Miller's "Deadpool" serves as one of Marvel's bullet films in its Phase Three. Along with Reynolds, the film also stars Morena Baccarin, Brianna Hildebrand, Gina Carano, T.J. Miller, and Ed Skrein, among others.

Directed by Miller, "Deadpool" is set to premiere in theaters in the United States on Feb. 12, 2016.
