In the latest "Dance Moms" Throwback Tuesday episode, Kendall Vertes finally opened up about her longstanding rivalry with Chloe Lukasiak. She also mentioned that ALDC coach Abby Lee Miller has always enjoyed pitting the girls against each other.

Vertes said that Miller has always been on the look out for her number 2 girl, now that her star student Maddie Ziegler is getting noticed by several Hollywood producers. Miller also admitted that she was actively looking for a student who could eventually replace Ziegler.

Vertes shared that she was disappointed with how Lukasiak has been behaving just to get ahead. The dancer claimed that her teammate sabotaged her routine back in season 4 just to get Miller's approval. In the "Two Can Play This Game" episode, Lukasiak asked the producers if she could go last, claiming that she forgot her routine. Because of the switch up, Vertes had no choice but go first, which made her lose concentration and eventually screwed up her routine.

Vertes claimed that Lukasiak intentionally asked to perform last. She explained that the judges often remembered the final performance. She said that Lukasiak took that advantage from her.

Meanwhile, Vertes' mom blamed Lukasiak's mother Christi for allowing her daughter to pull such a trick. She added that she should not have allowed that to happen, given that they are all from the same team. In spite of all the drama, Jill said that she and Christi are still friends. She, however, admitted that their relationship is not what it used to be.
