‘Black Eyed Peas’ Will.i.am Resigns ‘The Voice,’ Expresses Disappointment After 4-Years Of Coaching, Declines Big Salary Offer

"The Voice" coach Will.I.am was reportedly resiging the BBC show after 4 years of being on the show. Rumors said that "The Black Eyed Peas" star told BBC bosses that he will not join the fifth season of the famous talent competition show.

According to Daily Star, producers of the BBC one show desperately wanted Will to change his mind and stay. They even offered Will a big pay increase but he turned it down, saying it was time he needs moved on. Rumors also said that Will was annoyed that no contestant has been successful after  appearing on "The Voice."

Rumors also added that "The Voice"  failed to produce an international star. First Rita Ora left and Leah Mcfall failed to set lights on the charts. Will also told BBC management that he thinks he had achieved everything he can on the show.

A spokesperson of "The Voice" said that negotiations are still ongoing and they are making a promising offer to the 40-year-old singer. They also said that they're still talking to Will and confident enough that Will will be still on the show next year, Mirror reported.

Reports said that "Pussycat Doll" superstar Nicole Scherzinger, "Spice Girl" Mel C,  Paloma Faith, and FKA Twigs are being tipped to join the show.

Welsh legend Sir Tom Jones who has been on the show since 2012 is expected to stay along with Kaiser Chiefs singer Ricky Wislon. Rumors also said that Kylie Minogue may return and fill the seat she filled in "The Voice" in 2014.
