Several leaked features of the LG Nexus 5 2015 and Huawei Nexus 2015 smartphones have surface before the announcement of the Galaxy Note 5.

The Galaxy Note 5 is undoubtedly one of the major competitors of the Google Nexus 2015 smartphones. Today, the Note 5 will be officially announced, but Steve Hemmerstoffer has revealed some of the killer features of both the Google Nexus 2015 smartphones.

1. Metal Body And Premium Design

The Huawei Nexus 2015 will be wearing a full metal body and a curved design. Hemmerstoffer has tweeted that the thickness of the Huawei Nexus will be between 6.6 and 8.5 mm. This shows that it will be sporting a curved body that is thinner towards the edges but thicker at the middle, Phone Arena reported.

The LG Nexus 5 2015 will be coming with a metallic frame on its body. Its thickness ranges from 8 to 8.9 mm.

2. Quad HD Display

The Huawei Nexus 2015 smartphone will be featuring a 5.7-inch display. Just as Google Nexus 6 phablet came with Quad HD resolution, the Huawei Nexus 2015 phablet is expected to support 2K resolution. The LG Nexus 5 2015 will be coming with a 5.2-inch display supporting full HD resolution, GSM Arena reported.

3. Frontal Speakers

Even though the Google Nexus 6 was a huge smartphone, it did not feature front-facing speakers. However, the Huawei Nexus 2015 as well as the LG Nexus 5 2015 are expected to feature front-facing stereo speakers.

4. Fingerprint Scanner

The Galaxy Note 5 will be featuring the fingerprint scanner on the physical Home button. Both the Nexus smartphones may not feature a physical Home button as the leak from @onleaks suggest that the fingerprint sensors will be placed on the rear of both the handsets.

5. USB Type-C

The Google Nexus 2015 smartphones will be featuring USB Type-C connector. It not only allows users to perform data transfer at pace of 10 Gbps as well as fast charging. The Galaxy Note 5 will be lacking this feature.

6. Android M

Both the Nexus smartphones will come preloaded with the latest Android M OS. However, the Galaxy Note 5 is likely to receive the Android M update few weeks after the release of Nexus 2015 smartphone.

7. Larger Battery

Fresh leaks suggest that the Note 5 will be packed with a 3,000 mAh battery. Its rival the Huawei Nexus 2015 will come with a larger 3,500 mAh battery.
