'Good Will Hunting' Star And Legendary Comedian Robin Williams

Like a tired soap opera plot, the wife and adult children of the late actor Robin Williams continue their court battle over his real estate.

Cody, Zelda and Zachary Williams are accusing Susan Schneider Williams of increasing her share of the comedian's estate to their detriment. The three asked a judge to dismiss a petition by the widow to include memorabilia and other items from their Tiburon home that she shared with Robin.

Trustees of the estate have determined the division of Williams's properties. The children said the division is final, but they accuse Susan of seeking a guaranteed income stream that she is not entitled to.

The three said in their Friday filing with the court, "Petitioner is seeking her share in the trust assets at the expense of the Williams children." They insisted that the trust specified "She cannot do so."

Susan questioned how the trustee computed the amounts for her trust fund because it was different from her estimate. She insisted that the trustees do not have absolute discretion over her reserve fund and asked the court's intervention.

Williams specified that Susan should live in their Tiburon house after he dies, but she will not own it. Instead, the children would inherit the property, reports LA Times.

The three contend that half of the trust's net assets would be placed in Susan's trust that would benefit her throughout Susan's lifetime. Upon her death, Susan's two children and Robin's three children will share the remainder of those assets at 20 percent each.
