Moto X Style (Pure Edition)

There are good reasons why the Moto X Style is better than the current flagships such as the Google Nexus 2015, Galaxy Note 5, LG G4 and other flagships from this year.

The Moto X Style that was unveiled on July 28 comes with some great features that make it the best Android smartphone of 2015. Here are the five impressive features of Moto X Style:

1. Topnotch Camera

Camera has been one of the weakest features of the predecessor Moto X smarpthones. Even though the 21 MP camera of Moto X Style (aka Moto X Pure Edition for the audience in United States) is devoid of Optical Image Stabilization feature, its camera has been praised in an in-depth camera analysis by Digital Photography Review.

It states that its camera recorded above average score for different aspects like color rendering and color shading in low and bright conditions, exposure, contrast, white balance accuracy, and noise reduction. Its camera performance is on par with cameras of other flagships from Samsung and LG, BGR reported.

2. Front-Facing LED Enabled Camera

The Moto X Pure Edition comes with a front-facing camera that is enabled with an LED camera. No other 2015 flagship smartphone comes with such a feature.

3. Fast Android Updates

The Moto X Style is sold unlocked and it does not contain unnecessary bloatware apps. Compared to other smartphones, it is likely to receive faster Android updates such as the upcoming Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

4. Moto Maker

Moto Maker is the unique and exclusive feature of Moto X smartphones. It gives the power to the user to build a unique looking smartphone using Moto Maker, the online customization tool from Motorola. Such a feature is not available with other flagships.

5. Cheaper Price Tag

The base model of 16 GB costs $399. The 32 GB and 64 GB model are likely to cost $450 and $500, respectively. The starting price of most of the other flagships such as the Galaxy Note 5, LG G4, Galaxy S6 Edge, HTC One M9 and so on is $550 or higher.
