Although iPad is one of the most successful products of Apple, it is speculated that Microsoft Surface Pro 4 will hamper its profits this year.

Microsoft is all set to release the Surface Pro 4 in October. On the other hand, Apple will be launching a couple of new iPad devices on Sept. 9, at its annual event.

Microsoft Surface Pro 4 will reportedly be a 2-in-1 device, being the perfect amalgamation of a laptop and a tablet. It will also be equipped with Windows 10 out of the box.

Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is believed to be packed with an array of amazing features, which analysts believe will make it stand out compared to other tablets. Moreover, statistics suggest that the sales of iPad have declined down 14.6 percent every year.

Apple is trying to rectify the market situation for their product with new strategies and launches. For example, they are trying to launch the biggest iPad this year, iPad Pro, which will feature many multi-tasking abilities and also the latest iOS 9.

Apple will also launch iPad Mini 4 and iPad Air 3 soon in order to appeal to the various types of users.

On the other hand, Microsoft Surface Pro 4 will be available in a 12-inch and a 14-inch variant, according to BGR. It is also rumored to run on the i5 Intel processor and sport an internal storage of either 64 GB or 256 GB, according to CNET. It may also sport an Intel Core M Broad Well CPU. It will also feature killer battery specs, with the device anticipated to run 17 hours straight on one charge.

The device is expected to sport a screen resolution of 2160 x 1440. It may also be equipped with a stylus along with an 8 megapixels rear camera and a 3.5 megapixels front camera.

Microsoft Surface Pro price is expected to be around $1700.
