The man who allegedly sent an explicit package to "Dance Moms" cast member JoJo Siwa has been arrested. A bail at $250,000 has also been set.

According to NBC San Diego, Phoenix Sundown was accused of sending explicit material to Siwa. The man also had the young dancer's photo tattooed on his neck.

Deputy District Attorney Carlos Campbell confirmed on Thursday that Siwa was not the only underage victim who received a package from Sundown.

Meanwhile, Sundown has been charged with four counts of disturbing harmful material and for cruelty to an animal.

In other news, TMZ reported that Sundown has a criminal history. In 2007 he was arrested for assault and served three years in a state penitentiary. He was later on diagnosed with a type of mental disorder and was moved to a prison hospital.

During his treatment period, doctors at the prison hospital reportedly saw Sundown with several photos of nude women. Some of his pictures also featured "Parent Trap" actress Lindsay Lohan.

The same publication revealed that the contents of Sundown's package for Siwa included nude photos. The San Diego man reportedly sent the package to Siwa's fan mail address and police officials were called after they thought the package contained a bomb.

As of late, the 12-year-old Siwa and her mom have not yet commented regarding the issue. "Dance Moms" coach Abby Lee Miller has also been mum about the incident.

"Dance Moms" season 6 will premiere on Lifetime sometime next year and it will reportedly continue to feature the young Siwa, who has a fondness for big bows.
