Captain America: Civil War is the third installment of the Captain America films directed by Joe and Anthony Russo staring Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson and Sebastian Stan

New details and possible spoilers for "Captain America: Civil War" have been revealed regarding two Marvel heroes switching sides and real conflict behind "Civil War" film.

The true conflict in the "Captain America: Civil War" film will not focus on the Superhero Registration Act (SRA), but on "The Accords", a global plan created to govern all superheroes around the world.

The Accords was first mentioned during the post-credit scene in the "Ant-Man" film, were in Steve Rogers/Captain America (Chris Evans) and Sam Wilson/Falcon (Anthony Mackie) found Bucky Barnes/Winter Soldier (Sebastian Stan) trapped in an unknown location. Steve Rogers could not count on Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) for help as he supports the movement and Sam suggested that he knows "a guy" that can help, Birth Movies Death reported.

The SRA in the "Civil War" comic book storyline was originally conceived to put known superheroes and vigilantes to register and work for the United States government. All heroes must reveal their true identities to the public and work within the law, but Marvel Studios does not follow the "secret identity" rule within the Marvel Cinematic Universe since the general public are aware of who the Avengers are in the first place.

It could probably mean that the government wanted Cap and his Avengers team to work within the system to avoid more collateral damage, since they see them as vigilantes rather than heroes.

In other news, both Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen) and Spider-Man (Tom Holland) are rumored to switch sides from their respected teams.

Both characters were suspiciously absent in the leaked Iron Man and Captain America teams concept art for "Captain America: Civil War" film. Cap's team is composed of Falcon, Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner), Ant-Man (Paul Rudd), Winter Soldier and Sharon Carter (Emily VanCamp), while Iron Man's team includes Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson), Black Panther (Chadwick Boseman), War Machine (Don Cheadle) and Vision (Paul Bettany).

It was speculated that Scarlet Witch will side with Cap, while Spider-Man chooses to follow Tony and the Accords; However, fans theorized that Wanda might somehow turn on team Cap and join Iron Man due to her feelings for Vision, Fashion&Style reported.

As for Spidey, it is not yet mentioned how will he side with Cap, but several fans speculated that his betrayal of Tony's trust will be slightly similar to the comics, when he realized that he made a mistake in trusting the registration act.

"Captain America: Civil War" will be release in cinemas on May 6, 2016.
