UFC President, Dana White, is a man who never minces his words about certain fights, fighters, and even drunken hooligans.
Apart from promoting the brand to a wider, more global audience, it looks like part of White's job description is to - whether good or bad - speak his mind about different facets of the sport.
During the UFC 191 post-fight press conference, White took a considerable amount of time to praise the champ's main event performance.
"He looked fantastic. The guy is an incredible fighter, he wanted this fight really bad and he went in and he imposed his will," he said. "He won every single round by a landslide."
The UFC President also highlighted Johnson's knack for finishing fights, no matter what the circumstances present.
"I know he's (Johnson) probably disappointed that he didn't get the finish because I know he really wanted to finish Dodson, but Dodson was the man," White claimed.
He continued, "This fight should have been a knockdown, drag-em-out war. It should have been a close fight and it wasn't any of that."
In addition, White agreed to a certain UFC analyst's opinion about the UFC flyweight champion.
"This fight was the fight to make in this weight class and Dodson has the power, the speed, the experience and got destroyed," he stated. "Literally, he (Dodson) got shut down."
White followed, "Joe Rogan's probably right. 'Mighty Mouse' is probably the pound-for-pound greatest fighter in the sport."
White even went as far as blasting hooligans who are part of the MGM Grand Garden Arena crowd.
"You're always going to have those drunk dummies out there, booing, who are at the last five rounds, these guys have been here since 5:30 drinking," said White. "I don't know what they expect. He (Johnson) looked unbelievable tonight. And anybody that knows anything about the sport (saw that)."
Many die-hard mixed martial arts fans may remember the story about Dana White pre-emptively calling John Dodson the "new champ" after his first match against Demetrious "Mighty Mouse" Johnson.
The rest - as they all say - is history, as two flyweight championship matches versus Dodson after, Mighty Mouse still stands head and shoulders above everyone in the division.
