Big and Bold this is how some describes Alacatel's OneTouch Xess

There have been so many powerful launches during the 2015 IFA held in Berlin, but one of the products that stood out was the Alcatel OneTouch Xess.

The new tablet has a staggering 17.3 inch display screen. According to iDigital Times, the OneTouch Xess is an interactive touchscreen device that has a unique design and a built-in handle which will enable the user to have a more flexible way in holding the tablet.

"Xess is one of our favorite new products because this big format is really family-oriented and has a multitude of uses at home or at work," said Dr. Stan HU, General Manager of Innovation at Alcatel OneTouch.

HU added that the OneTouch Xess can also be used while cooking. The user can tilt the device and use the tablet as a reference for recipes in the kitchen. It is also good for watching movies and music streaming. HU concluded that the device is very functional for everyone in the family.

OneTouch Xess' flexibility is not its only powerful feature. It is also packed with 2GB of RAM and a processor that clocks at 1.5 GHz. It has a screen resolution of 1920x1080n pixels. According to NDTV, the OneTouch Xess has an internal storage of 32 GB.

Moreover, the OneTouch Xess also has a pre-embedded SketchBook app that utilizes the stylus and its built-in hands-free gestures for browsing.

Just like other Alcatel products, the OneTouch Xess is also very customizable. It has a built-in 3-watt speaker for music lovers and it has a Smart Dock.

So far, Alcatel has not released the pricing range of the new OneTouch Xess.
