Google Cuts Nexus 6 Price To $350

Nexus 6 is now available at Amazon for $350 only.

In line with the launching of two Nexus smartphones by the end of September, search engine giant Google cuts down the price of Nexus 6 from $649 to $350.

Google Nexus 6 was launched in 2014, and new price makes it cheaper compared to Motorola's new Moto X Pure Edition. Google is confident that slashing the price would give Nexus 6 another chance to get popular in the market. Previous months were not good for Nexus 6 since it has been falling steadily

Currently, Nexus 6 is listed on Amazon starting at $350, according to International Business Times. The 32GB model can be sold at $350 and the 64GB variant is $400. Both devices are available in Midnight Blue and White Cloud. The online retail giant did not confirm the expiry date for Nexus 6 discount offer.

The water-resistant Nexus 6 features 5.96-inch AMOLED display with 1440 x 2560 screen resolution with 493 ppi pixel density, offering gorgeous and razor-sharp screen. It runs under Android Lollipop 5.1 and powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 quad-core processor running at 2.7GHz and the graphic unit is powered by Adreno 420 GPU.

The device has 3GB of RAM with two internal storage options; 32GB and 64GB. In terms of camera, it has an improved 13MP rear camera with OIS and dual-LED flash that can record 2160p videos at 30fps, and its secondary is only 2MP. The battery capacity is 3220 mAh. Additional features are front-facing speakers and support for wireless charging, CNET reported.

Meanwhile, confirmed reports say that Google will hold a media event on Sept. 29 in San Francisco to unveil LG Nexus 5 (2015) and the Huawei Nexus 6 (2015).
